Russian army loses another 1,660 soldiers in Ukraine over last day

The total combat losses of Russian troops in Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to December 6, 2024, amounted to about 750,610 people, including another 1,660 people over the past day.

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

The Defense Forces also destroyed 9,514 (+8) Russian tanks, 19,518 (+46) armored combat vehicles, 21,043 (+20) artillery systems, 1,253 (+0) MLRS, 1,020 (+0) air defense systems, 369 (+0) aircraft, and 329 (+0) helicopters, UAVs of operational and tactical level - 20,023 (+46), cruise missiles - 2,857 (+2), ships/boats - 28 (+0), submarines - 1 (+0), vehicles and tankers - 30,899 (+56), special equipment - 3,633 (+3).

As Ukrinform reported earlier, as of 22:00 on December 5, 170 combat engagements between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders took place at the front.
