Russians shells Vovchansk, killing civilian

In Kharkiv region, the Russian army shelled the territory of a medical institution and private residential sector of Vovchansk, killing a man.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

Following the attacks, the roof and structures of a nonoperational hospital building, dry grass near a private residential building caught fire, with a total area of about 1,000 square meters.

At 13:50, the fire was extinguished, according to the report. A man, born in 1952, died from shrapnel wounds.

As reported by Ukrinform, a man aged about 40 was seriously injured as Russian forces shelled Kupiansk, Kharkiv region.
