On the night of Thursday, 1 June, Russia fired seven Iskander-M ballistic missiles and three Iskander-K cruise missiles at Kyiv, which cost approximately $17 million.
This is stated in the report of the Military Media Center, Ukrinform reports.
"One Iskander-M missile costs up to USD 2 million, and an Iskander-K missile costs up to USD 1 million. That is, the Russian occupiers spent up to $17 million on just one night attack on the capital of Ukraine. And the only "result" they achieved was the death of a Ukrainian child from the fragments of a munition! On International Children's Day!" the statement reads.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the air defence forces of the Ukrainian Air Force destroyed all 10 missiles: seven Iskander-M ballistic missiles and three Iskander-K cruise missiles that Russia fired at Kyiv at night. As a result of the Russian missile strike on Kyiv, 19 people were injured, three of them were killed, and one person is in the intensive care unit.
