Budanov after Russian attack: Our response will be quick - you'll regret

After Russia's attempt to attack Ukraine with ballistic missiles on the afternoon of May 29, the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov said that another attempt by Russia to commit terrorist acts had once again failed.

The relevant statement was published on Telegram by the press service of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

"All those in the Russian Federation who still believe, believe and maybe dream that they can intimidate Ukraine, I want to upset you a little bit - this is not true: everyone has been and is still at their jobs and continues to do their work. All those who tried to intimidate us, dreaming that it would have some effect, you will regret it very soon," Budanov said.

The chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine noted that "our response will not delay."

"Wait, everyone will see everything soon," Budanov said.

As reported, several powerful explosions were heard in the capital, and an air raid alert was announced earlier.

At 11:45 a.m., six fragments of enemy missiles were reported to have fallen in the capital.

Doctors hospitalized one wounded man in the Podil district of Kyiv.
