Russian drone deliberately strikes farm in Sumy region, five workers injured, livestock killed
Russian forces deliberately attacked a farm in the Sad community of the Sumy region using a drone.
According to Ukrinform, the information was reported on Facebook by Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Oleh Hryhorov.
The strike resulted in the death of part of the livestock, while other animals were injured. Five farm workers were also hurt.
The attack occurred at the moment when workers were bringing the livestock into the facility.
A 51-year-old woman sustained severe injuries and was hospitalized with burns.
Four other workers received medical assistance on site and were not hospitalized.
As previously reported, overnight on June 12, Russian forces carried out a large-scale drone attack on civilian infrastructure in the Shostka community of the Sumy region. The attack killed a railway station operator and injured another station worker.
