Sixteen Ukrainian civilians killed, 59 injured amid Russian strikes on Fri

As a result of Russian strikes over the past day, 16 civilians have been killed and 59 – injured.

The relevant report was posted by the Military Media Center Telegram channel, Ukrinform saw.

"According to tentative reports, 16 people died and 59 were injured. Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have shelled the territory of eight regions of Ukraine," the statement reads.

As noted, during the past 24 hours, 119 settlements were fired at from various types of weapons - mortars, tanks, artillery, anti-aircraft missiles, S-300 air defense systems, Lancet UAVs, Onyx cruise missiles, and tactical aircraft, and 63 areas were hit. infrastructure facilities.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Russia’s death toll in Ukraine stood at 169,890. Another 720 invaders were killed in action in the past 24 hours.
