Russian troops struck civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv city.

"The enemy once again struck the city's civilian infrastructure. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties. Emergency services work at the scene. The destruction scale is being clarified," Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

There are only residential buildings and urban infrastructure in the area targeted by the Russians.

"There are no military or infrastructure facilities in the area of the strike. There are only residential buildings and urban infrastructure. Houses had windows blown out. There is no information about casualties," Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov posted on Telegram.
