Zelensky holds another meeting of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Staff

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

The head of state said this on his Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.

"There are no days off during the war, especially when it comes to our freedom and a Ukraine free from occupiers! I held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief today," he wrote.

According to Zelensky, reports were heard on the operational situation at the front, including in the Donetsk sector and in the south.

"We considered important information from intelligence about probable actions of the enemy in the near future. We are preparing for all possible scenarios," he said.

Moreover, the participants in the meeting discussed the issue of ensuring the key needs of the defense forces of Ukraine in basic types of weapons, military equipment and ammunition for the operations to be held in 2023.

"2023 must be and will definitely be the year of our victory!" Zelensky said.

According to a recent report by the U.S.-based Institute for the Study of War think tank, the Kremlin is likely preparing to conduct a decisive strategic action -- most likely in the Luhansk region -- in the next six months intended to regain the initiative and end Ukraine's current string of operational successes.
