Russian forces again shell Nikopol district

On Christmas Day, Russian forces shelled the Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk region.

"In the afternoon, the Russian occupation forces shelled the Nikopol district. They opened fire from barrel artillery," the press service of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration posted on Facebook.

Russian shells targeted the Pokrovsk community. There were no casualties.

There is currently no information about damage caused by the shelling.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian propaganda media said Russian President Vladimir Putin allegedly ordered that a "ceasefire regime" be introduced along the entire line of contact in Ukraine from 12:00 on January 6 to 24:00 on January 7.
