Only two European countries not supplying weapons to Ukraine - Kuleba

Among European countries, only Hungary and Austria currently do not supply weapons to Ukraine.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this during a nationwide telethon, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

He noted that many countries, which have never supplied weapons to conflict zones in modern history, changed their position after the start of full-scale aggression, and some states even changed their national legislation for this purpose.

"Except for Hungary and Austria, as a neutral country, the supply of weapons to Ukraine is not a taboo for any European country, although it used to be. Therefore, the question is not that they [EU countries] are against, the question is that when they are in favor [of the supply of weapons], but when you move into the practical plane, many different things appear - arguments and discussions," Kuleba said.

He said that such internal political discussions of Western partners about when and which weapons to hand over cost Ukraine daily losses on the front line.
