Casualties have been reported as Russian invaders struck a hotel in Bakhmut, Donetsk region.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, wrote on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"In Bakhmut, the Russians struck a hotel. According to preliminary information, there are dead and wounded persons, rescue operations are underway," the regional governor wrote.

According to him, this morning the enemy launched three missile strikes on Toretsk and one on Avdiivka. In Kurakhove community, Kurakhove city came under fire, as well as Hirnyk, Kurakhivka and Hostre.

Heavy shelling of Krasnohorivka continues in Mariinka community, Kyrylenko wrote.

In addition, in Ocheretyne community, the enemy opened fire at night and in the morning, mostly on the outskirts of Pisky.

In Yablunivka village, Illinivka community, three houses were damaged by enemy shelling. Fortunately, no one was injured.

Kyrylenko also posted video and photos showing the aftermath of attacks.
