Russian forces take two settlements in Luhansk region

Russian troops have temporarily captured two more settlements in the Luhansk region, killing one person and wounding three in Lysychansk.

The chief of the regional military administration, Serhii Haidai, said this on Facebook.

On June 22, Russian invaders temporarily captured Loskutivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka in the Luhansk region.

"However, we continue to deter the Russians in Sievierodonetsk and Syrotyne, repelling attacks from Zolote and Vovchoyarivka. The occupiers are destroying industry in Sievierodonetsk. […] The Russian army is 'liberating' Sievierodonetsk from life and jobs," the statement said.

Lysychansk was shelled several times on June 22. A city school was damaged. One person was killed and three were injured in the city.
