Government dismisses Bezus as State Energy Efficiency Agency head

The government has dismissed Valeriy Bezus as head of the Ukrainian State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving.

Taras Melnychuk, a representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Valeriy Oleksandrovych Bezus has been dismissed from the position of head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine," he wrote.

As reported, Valeriy Bezus was appointed head of the agency in 2021, having won the corresponding competition in January 2020. He is the vice president of the Energy Club.
