Mariupol beats Djurgarden, wins through to Europa League third qualifying round

Ukraine's Mariupol defeated Sweden's Djurgarden 2-1 in Odesa on August 2 in their return match of the second qualifying round of the Europa League and won through to the next round of the tournament, Ukrinform reports.

Mariupol midfielder Oleksandr Pikhalyonok scored in the 64th minute, but Djurgarden's Aliou Badji equalized in the 78th minute. Ruslan Fomin scored from the penalty spot in the 97th minute and led his team to the third qualifying round of the Europa League.

The first match in Sweden ended in a 1-1 draw. 

In the third round of Europa League qualifying, Mariupol will play the winner of the Bordeaux-Ventspils tie.
