Ukraine to switch to daylight saving time on March 31
Ukraine has been switching to summer daylight saving time on the last Sunday of March for more than 20 years, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
In 2019, clocks in Ukraine will be turned forward an hour at 03.00 am on March 31.
