Zelensky invites OSCE to join International Coalition for Return of Ukrainian Children
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky informed OSCE representatives about Russia's massive attacks on Ukrainian territory and discussed possible formats of cooperation.
According to Ukrinform, he stated this on Facebook.
"I met with the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Vice President of Switzerland, Federal Councillor and Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs Ignazio Cassis, as well as the OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu. I informed them about Russia's massive attacks against our people. We discussed diplomacy and expectations for this week's trilateral meetings of the delegations," Zelensky said.
According to him, the participants of the meeting also addressed possible formats of cooperation between Ukraine and the OSCE.
Zelensky invited the OSCE to join the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children and also thanked Switzerland for its support of Ukraine and for prioritizing a just peace for Ukraine during Switzerland's OSCE chairmanship.
As Ukrinform previously reported, Switzerland assumed the chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe on January 1, 2026.
