Sybiha discusses peace efforts, Abu Dhabi meeting with OSCE leadership
Sybiha stated this on social media platform X, Ukrinform reports.
"Today, I was pleased to welcome OSCE leadership, Chairman-in-Office Ignazio Cassis and OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioglu to Kyiv. We discussed the dynamic of peace efforts, the outcomes and expectations of the meetings in Abu Dhabi, and the battlefield situation," he noted.
He informed the OSCE leadership about Russia's war crimes, attacks on civilians, and strikes on energy infrastructure, which left people without electricity, heating, and water amid subzero temperatures.

Sybiha also confirmed Ukraine's readiness to develop cooperation with the OSCE, advance shared priorities during the Swiss chairmanship, and emphasized the importance of humanitarian and accountability aspects of their collaboration.
He also recalled about three OSCE staff members – Vadym Holod, Maksym Petrov, and Dmytro Shabanov – who remain in Russian custody, and reiterated Ukraine's call for their release.
"We spoke about the OSCE's role, including in postwar period, in advancing a lasting peace for Ukraine and stability throughout the OSCE area, as well as our shared responsibility to protect the principles of the Helsinki Final Act," Sybiha added.

As Ukrinform reported, Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis, who chairs the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), and OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu arrived in Kyiv for a visit.
