Russian boat flying Wagner flag spotted near Estonian coast

The Estonian Foreign Ministry has reported that a Russian border guard boat was seen on the Narva River flying the flag of the Russian private military company Wagner.

According to Ukrinform, the ministry posted on X a photo and a video showing the Russian border guard vessel bearing the Wagner flag as it moved along the Narva River, which forms the border between Estonia and Russia's Leningrad region.

"Is Wagner marching on Moscow again, or starting with St. Petersburg this time? Hard to tell. From our side it looks like they've already annexed the Russian border guards. Who knows," the ministry wrote.

The Estonian Foreign Ministry has also submitted a public inquiry about the incident to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
