Zelensky meets Lockheed Martin representatives in U.S.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had a meeting with representatives of the American defense company Lockheed Martin.

According to Ukrinform, Zelensky reported this in a Facebook post.

The parties discussed prospects for cooperation and opportunities to strengthen Ukraine's protection against Russian aggression.

"I outlined Ukraine's specific needs for air defense systems and their compatible missiles, as well as F-16 aircraft. Russia is carrying out increasingly brutal strikes against Ukraine ahead of winter, and our air defenses need to be reinforced right now. We know the concrete steps required for our defense and are working to implement them," Zelensky said.

He expressed his gratitude to Lockheed Martin and the United States for their assistance to Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky, after a meeting with representatives of Raytheon, the Patriot systems manufacturer, stated that there are solutions that can enhance the protection of lives in Ukraine.
