Zelensky meets with representatives of American Jewish Committee

President Volodymyr Zelensky met with representatives of the American Jewish Committee during his visit to New York.

That’s according to the president’s official Telegram channel, as reported by Ukrinform.

“I met with representatives of the American Jewish Committee and extended greetings on Rosh Hashanah – may this year bring peace. We discussed continued support for Ukraine, the defense of Ukrainian interests at the federal level and in the U.S. Congress,” Zelensky said.

He noted that bipartisan and bicameral support is vital for Ukraine when it comes to strengthening the country’s defense capabilities, sanctions policy, and investment activity.

As reported, yesterday Volodymyr Zelensky held meetings in New York with leaders of several countries, U.S. senators and congressmen, and executives of leading American companies.
