Metsola hands Stefanchuk Protocol on opening of European Parliament Office in Kyiv

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk has received from European Parliament President Roberta Metsola the protocol on the opening of the Permanent Representation Office of the European Parliament in Kyiv.

The Speaker of Parliament emphasized that the decision to open the Office is of great significance: it will deepen cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union, strengthen on-the-ground coordination, and serve as an additional signal of political support.

“The office will help MEPs work more effectively in Ukraine, support our reforms and European integration path,” Stefanchuk noted.

“On the Ukrainian side, it will foster closer engagement, constant dialogue, and coordination of decisions that bring us closer to EU membership,” he added.
