Ukraine’s PM Shmyhal arrives in Berlin to meet Chancellor Scholz

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal arrived on a visit to Berlin, where he will hold meetings with Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck, as well as participate in the Ukrainian-German Business Forum.

Shmyhal reported this on social media.

"Today, we are working with the government team in Berlin. Meetings with Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck, participation in the Ukrainian-German Business Forum are scheduled," Shmyhal noted.

As the head of government emphasized, it is intended to discuss cooperation between the two states in various industries, cooperation in the defense sector, support for the energy industry, issues of reconstruction, reforms, and attracting investments with the German leadership.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Shmyhal and Scholz, ministers and business representatives will participate in the business forum in Berlin under the motto "Stronger Together. Securing the Future."
