Russia not in position to impose its terms - MFA of Ukraine

Ukraine's peace formula remains unchanged, while Russia is not in a position to dictate its terms for the start of negotiations to end the war.

This is stated in a comment by the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Oleg Nikolenko, posted on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"Russia is not in a position to dictate its terms. Ukraine's peace formula remains unchanged: an immediate end to the war, withdrawal of all Russian troops, restoration of Ukrainian territorial integrity, compensation for the damage inflicted, and provision of effective guarantees of non-repeated aggression. Under other conditions, achieving sustainable peace will be impossible," said the spokesman.
