Zelensky thanks Biden for unprecedented assistance to Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has thanked U.S. President Joe Biden for unprecedented diplomatic and military assistance to Ukraine.

According to Ukrinform, Zelensky wrote about this on Twitter.

"I thank President Biden for unprecedented diplomatic and military assistance from the United States to Ukraine," Zelensky wrote.

In late December, the United States sent a tranche of additional defensive assistance to Ukraine totaling $60 million, approved by Biden in September during Zelensky's visit to Washington.

On January 19, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said during his visit to Kyiv that the United States plans to make new supplies of security and defensive assistance to Ukraine in the coming weeks, and in the event of further Russian aggression, this support will increase.
