Foreign Minister Klimkin pays working visit to Brussels

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin will pay a working visit to Brussels on May 13-14 to take part in a series of events dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the Eastern Partnership initiative.

“On May 13, Pavlo Klimkin will participate in the Eastern Partnership Foreign Affairs Ministerial Meeting with the 28 EU Member States and 6 Eastern Partnership partners chaired by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini,” reads the report posted on the ministry’s website.

It is noted that the program of events includes a High-level Conference with the participation of Heads of State and Government of the Eastern Partnership countries, a dinner on behalf of President of the European Council Donald Tusk for the Eastern Partnership leaders, as well as a meeting of the Eastern Partnership Foreign Ministers with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and European Investment Bank upon the invitation of EU Commissioner for European neighborhood policy and enlargement negotiations Johannes Hahn.
