Kharkiv activists call for boycott of Russian businesses

Three dozen activists from the "Svoboda", "Kharkiv junta" and "Sokil" organizations  marched in the center of Kharkiv city calling to boycott the Russian businesses in all aspects.

The Ukrinform local correspondent has reported.

Protesters gathered in front of the University metro station. Some of them wore masks, their placards read: "Russian KILLS!", "Glory to people - Death to the russian federation!", "Tread on Russian eggs", "Do not sponsor the occupier."

The activists marched through the main Sumska street past two branches of Sberbank of Russia located there, they put on stickers on the banks’ entrance doors and poured red paint on the steps. The procession came to an end at Constitution Square.

As one of the participants in the march said not giving his name, such protests were also organized today in other cities of the country.

Police patrols accompanied protesters on the entire route. No incidents were reported.
