Two cars and minibus collide in Kyiv region: One person dies, 13 injured

In the Boryspil district of the Kyiv region, on the Kyiv-Kharkiv highway, one person died and 13 were injured as a result of a collision between two cars and a minibus.

According to Ukrinform, the Kyiv region police reported this on their Facebook page.

“On December 28, at around 9:10 p.m., a traffic accident involving three cars occurred near the village of Ivankiv,” the report said.

It has been preliminarily established that the driver of a Mercedes-Benz minibus drove into oncoming traffic, resulting in a collision with a Jeep and a Volkswagen.

The driver of the Jeep died at the scene, and the driver of the minibus was injured.

A total of 13 people were injured, and six passengers were taken to medical facilities.

Law enforcement officers are investigating the circumstances of the accident.

As reported by Ukrinform, the number of victims of a passenger bus accident in the Ivano-Frankivsk region has increased to 13, including two children. One person was killed.
