Hourly power outage schedules to be implemented in most regions of Ukraine on Monday

In most regions of Ukraine on Monday, December 22, hourly electricity outage schedules will be in effect for residential consumers, while industrial users will face power consumption restrictions.

Ukrenergo announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

The timing and scope of the restrictions may change. Regional power distribution companies will provide up-to-date information on their official platforms.

The company noted that the need for restrictive measures is due to the consequences of Russia’s missile and drone attacks on energy infrastructure facilities.
