In 2022, 36 Ukrainian companies received permits for exports to EU

In 2022, 36 Ukrainian companies, including 31 food manufacturers, received permits for exports to the European Union countries.

Olha Shevchenko, acting head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, stated this during the presentation of a report on the department's activities for 2022, which took place at Ukrinform.

"Last year, 36 enterprises received the right to export to the European Union," she said.

In total, 429 Ukrainian enterprises, including 168 food producers, have the right to export their products to the EU countries.

In addition, last year, 322 Ukrainian enterprises approved phytosanitary procedures and received the right to export their products to China.

As reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine exported goods worth about $28 billion to the EU countries in 2022, which is 4.2% more than in 2021.
