Ukraine gets EUR2.5B in macro-financial assistance from EU - PM

On November 22, Ukraine received EUR 2.5 billion of macro-financial assistance from the European Union.

The money is already in Ukraine’s accounts, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported.

"Thank you for this support, which will allow the Government to finance the main critical expenses this year," the Head of Government emphasized.

According to the Prime Minister, Ukraine is in daily negotiations with partners to increase financial aid and launch new support programs.
