High-quality Internet and communication: Honcharuk signs memorandum with mobile operators
Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk and the largest mobile operators working in Ukraine have signed a memorandum on coverage of the country’s entire territory with mobile communication and Internet.
The signing ceremony took place at the first investment forum RE: Think. Invest in Ukraine in Mariupol, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Now I want to invite to this stage the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the CEOs of the largest mobile operators to sign a historic memorandum which provides for covering every corner of our country with mobile communication and the Internet," President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said before signing of the memorandum.
In turn, the Head of Government noted that the document was the result of the work of a large number of people and expressed his hope that "it will mark the start of total digitization of the country."
"Every corner of our country must have high-quality communication and Internet," Honcharuk emphasized.
