German company to create 1,700 jobs in Lviv region

Foreign investors are expanding their presence in Lviv region. German Bader company is to open its new division in the region in November. 

Chairman of the Lviv Regional State Administration Oleh Syniutka posted this on his Facebook page.

"Today, I have met with the owners of Aunde and Bader German companies. I was glad to hear that Bader will start its work already in November, and 1,700 jobs will be created. I also have high hopes for Aunde plant,” Syniutka wrote.

LLC Bader Ukraine is the leading manufacturer of leather seats for Audi, BMW, and Volkswagen cars, which has been operating in the town of Horodok in Lviv region since 2006. The company is equipped with the state-of-art sewing equipment. It currently employs about 2,200 people. A new production unit is planned to be opened in the village of Kozhychi in Yavoriv district.

Aunde Group, which includes the brands AUNDE, ISRINGHAUSEN, and FEHRER, has more than 100 plants in 27 world countries. It produces yarn and technical textiles, leather and textile upholstery, technical springs, seats, parts of foams, interior parts made of composites for leading automobile manufacturers.
