The military delegation of the European Union led by Chairman of the European Union Military Committee, General Claudio Graziano visited the area of conduct of the Joint Forces Operation in eastern Ukraine.

"Commander of the Joint Force Lieutenant-General Oleksandr Syrsky briefed the foreign guests on the current security situation in the area of conduct of the Joint Forces Operation, demonstrated material evidence of the presence of Russian troops in Ukrainian Donbas and informed the Chairman of the European Union Military Committee about the progress of humanitarian demining in Donetsk and Luhansk regions," the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

In addition, Syrsky and Graziano discussed the separation of forces in Luhansk region.

During the meeting, the high-ranking guests were given the opportunity to observe the joint training of the MI-24 helicopter crew of the army aviation, air observers and unmanned aerial vehicle operators.
