Suspect in shooting of minibus belonging to TRSSC placed on wanted list in Lviv region
In the Lviv region, the identity of a suspect who fired several shots from a traumatic weapon at a minibus belonging to servicemen of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center has been established, and he has been placed on the wanted list.
This was reported by the Main Department of the National Police in the Lviv region, Ukrinform reports.
"On suspicion of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Police Department No. 1 of the Lviv District Police Department No. 2 of the Main Department of the National Police in Lviv region is searching for Nazar Buba, born in 1997, a resident of the village of Rudno, Lviv district, Lviv region, who is hiding from the pre-trial investigation authorities," the statement said.
During the pre-trial investigation, it was established that on January 14, at about 10:15 a.m., at the intersection of Lesia Ukrainka and Nebesnoi Sotni streets in the village of Rudno, the wanted man, while in the passenger compartment of a Volkswagen Passat, fired several shots from a traumatic weapon, hitting a Volkswagen T6 minibus belonging to servicemen of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center who were carrying out warning measures, and left the scene.
It is noted that the perpetrator was notified in absentia of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The article provides for a punishment of imprisonment for a term of 3 to 7 years.
The suspect's description: 170 cm tall, overweight. Brown eyes, short dark blond hair. May be carrying a firearm.
