No Ukrainians among victims of New York attack - embassy

Ukrainians have not been killed or injured as a result of a terror attack in the center of New York, Ukraine's Embassy in the United States has reported on Twitter.

“Our sincere condolences to the family members and friends of those killed in New York. Preliminary there are no Ukrainian citizens among those killed or injured,” reads the report.

The embassy also said eight people were killed in the terrorist attack.

On Tuesday, October 31, a man deliberately drove a truck into a busy bicycle path near in lower Manhattan, killing eight people and injuring a dozen more.
