Death toll from Russian strikes on Dnipro rises to nine
The death toll from Russian evening strikes on the city of Dnipro has risen to nine, after another man died in hospital.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Hanzha.
“A 24-year-old man who was wounded during the Russian evening attack on Dnipro died in hospital. Over the course of the day, enemy strikes on the city claimed nine lives. My condolences to the families of the victims,” Hanzha said.
He specified that 61 people were injured.
“Thirty-one of the wounded remain in hospital, including three children,” Hanzha added.
According to him, six patients are in critical condition, while the others are assessed by doctors as being in moderate condition.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, eight people were killed and 49 injured in Dnipro over the course of April 25 as a result of Russian strikes.
