Combined attack on Kyiv: casualties rise to 62, four killed
The number of casualties resulting from the Russian military’s attack on Kyiv has risen to 62, with four people killed.
This was reported by the Kyiv City Department of the National Police as of 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, according to Ukrinform.
Among the victims are children aged 5, 9, 16, and 17.
Law enforcement officials have already received more than 200 reports from citizens regarding damage to their homes caused by the attack.
At the sites of the enemy attacks, investigative and operational teams from the capital’s police force, forensic experts, bomb disposal experts, and other specialized agencies continue to work.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian army launched a missile and drone attack on Kyiv on the night of April 16. Among the buildings damaged were 17 high-rise buildings and 10 private homes.
There were reports of four fatalities and 60 injuries.
