Death toll rises to three after overnight Russian strike on Dnipro, 13 hospitalized

The death toll from a Russian overnight attack on the city of Dnipro has risen to three.

Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"Rescuers recovered the body of a woman from a building destroyed by the enemy strike. This Russian attack has claimed the lives of three women," Hanzha wrote.

He also said that 13 people injured in the overnight attack remain in hospitals. A 40-year-old woman and men aged 33, 40, 46, and 48 are in serious condition, suffering from traumatic brain injuries, shrapnel wounds, concussion, lacerations, and fractures.

"Fourteen people are receiving outpatient treatment, as is a 14-year-old girl who was injured in a Russian attack in the Novooleksandrivka community," Hanzha added.
