Injury toll after Russian drone strike on Kharkiv rises to eight
In Kharkiv, eight people were injured as a result of a nighttime attack by Russian drones on a residential high-rise building on March 27.
According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) reported this on Facebook.
"Last night, the enemy once again attacked the city of Kharkiv with strike drones. One of the hits occurred in a nine-story residential building. As a result of the impact, there was partial destruction of internal structures and a balcony of an apartment on the top floor. There was no fire," the post said.
Emergency response units were working at the scene, including high-angle rescue teams, sappers, and psychologists.
As Ukrinform previously reported, on the night of March 27, Russian forces also attacked Kharkiv with a missile, injuring six people in the Kyivskyi district.
