Russian drone attack on Vinnytsia region leaves one killed and 11 others injured

Following a UAV strike by Russian forces in the Vinnytsia region, one person has been confirmed dead and 11 people have been wounded.

The head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Nataliia Zabolotna, reported on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"As of now, there are 11 injured and 1 dead as a result of the massive attack on the Vinnytsia region," the statement reads.

According to Zabolotna, all relevant services are working to deal with the aftermath.

As previously reported, explosions were heard in Vinnytsia during an air raid alert that lasted more than five hours. The city and the region were under a large-scale attack by enemy drones.
