Ukrzaliznytsia restores most of damaged sections after night attack
Ukrzaliznytsia has restored most of the damaged sections following Russia's night attack and is gradually returning passenger trains to their schedules and usual routes.
According to Ukrinform, Ukrzaliznytsia reported this on Telegram.
In particular, railway workers conducted repairs in the Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Rivne regions, including track, contact wire, and support repairs.
Work is still ongoing in the Zhytomyr region, where significant damage to the railway track was recorded due to a large number of drone strikes. As a result, several trains are delayed due to detours.
You can track your trip on the uz-vezemo website. Delay times are subject to change.
For passengers on all flights that are delayed by more than 5 hours, meals are being organized in partnership with World Central Kitchen.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of March 7, Ukrzaliznytsia warned that due to a massive Russian air attack, trains in the Rivne, Vinnytsia, and Zhytomyr regions were forced to change their routes.
