Ukraine developing advanced missile weaponry

Ukraine is working on the development of advanced missile systems, according to Colonel Vitalii Dobrianskyi, head of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Central Directorate for Innovation.

He said this at a briefing hosted by Ukrinform.

"Progress has certainly been made, but the results are not yet cleared for wide dissemination," he said.

When asked about the possibility of replacing certain systems with domestically developed alternatives, Dobrianskyi confirmed that work is already underway.

"The country's military-technical potential is fully engaged in design and development efforts for next-generation missile weapons. The prospect for deployment exists, but I cannot provide a definitive timeline," he said.
