Russia loses about 1,261,420 troops in four years of full-scale war against Ukraine
Total combat losses of Russian forces over four years of the full-scale war against Ukraine, from February 24, 2022, to February 24, 2026, amount to approximately 1,261,420 personnel, including 920 losses over the past day alone.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
Russian forces have also lost 11,698 tanks (+2), 24,086 armored combat vehicles (+4), 37,560 artillery systems (+50), 1,654 multiple-launch rocket systems (+0), 1,305 air defense systems (+1), 435 aircraft (+0), 348 helicopters (+0), 145,571 operational and tactical UAVs (+1,693), 4,347 cruise missiles (+0), 29 warships and boats (+0), 2 submarines (+0), 79,826 vehicles and fuel tankers (+190), and 4,074 units of special equipment (+1).
As previously reported by Ukrinform, as of 22:00 on February 23, 100 combat engagements had taken place along the frontline.
