Marines show capture of Russian soldier with FPV drone
Fighters of the 37th Separate Marine Brigade captured a Russian serviceman with the help of a drone on the eastern outskirts of the settlement of Ivanivka.
The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
According to the post, the marines eliminated an enemy group that was trying to enter and gain a foothold in the settlement. Only one of the Russian invaders survived. Hearing the FPV drone of the Ukrainian forces, he raised his hands and showed that he was ready to surrender.
Using the drone, the defenders indicated the direction of movement to the Russian prisoner of war and escorted him along the route.
As Ukrinform previously reported, near Pokrovsk in Donetsk region, drones saved Ukrainian defenders from Russian captivity.
