Russians drop bomb on kindergarten in Kostiantynivka, one person killed

The Russian troops struck a kindergarten building in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, with an aerial bomb, killing one man.

This was reported on Facebook by the Head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration, Serhii Horbunov, according to Ukrinform.

It is noted that the enemy used a FAB-250 aerial bomb on a residential building, deliberately targeting a civilian object.

The epicenter of the explosion was a building at one of the city's preschools. It housed an emergency center (a point of invincibility).

“The enemy has once again proven that nothing is sacred to them, attacking facilities that support the survival of civilians,” Horbunov emphasized.

A resident who was near the kindergarten building at the time of the strike was killed as a result of the shelling. He suffered fatal injuries.

Horbunov added that, due to the systematic threat of repeated shelling and the high level of danger, it is currently impossible to fully document the consequences and conduct investigative actions. The security situation in the community is tough.

As reported by Ukrinform, about 2,000 civilians remain in Kostiantynivka.
