Two people were injured in Kharkiv over the past day as a result of Russian strikes.
According to Ukrinform, Oleh Syniehubov, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Facebook.
According to him, Kharkiv and four settlements in the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy strikes over the past day.
A 64-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man were injured in Kharkiv.
The enemy launched five missiles at the Nemyshlianskyi district of the city.
The Russians struck the Kharkiv region with five missiles from multiple launch rocket systems, one Geran-2 drone, one Molniya UAV, and four UAVs, the type of which is being determined.
An energy facility and an apartment building were damaged in Kharkiv.
Three private houses were damaged in the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk district.
As noted by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the transit evacuation point in Lozova received 40 people in a 24-hour period. A total of 16,147 people have been registered since the point began operating.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the afternoon of January 5, the Russians launched five missile strikes on the energy infrastructure of Kharkiv. One casualty was reported.
