In Cherkasy, the consequences of the enemy's night strikes are being overcome, special commissions are calculating the material losses, and one victim remains in the hospital.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Ihor Taburets, the Head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration.

"Cherkasy is recovering after the night attack. We are working side by side to overcome the consequences of yet another war crime by Russia. The operational headquarters is working. We are fully coordinated. Currently, one injured person remains hospitalized. The rest do not require further hospitalization and have been provided with the necessary assistance. All necessary services are on site with the victims. Utility workers are clearing debris. Special commissions are assessing the damage," Taburets wrote.

He added that partners from the regional Red Cross quickly brought materials for urgent repairs to the damaged houses. Heating stations were set up overnight.

At the same time, the city council is accepting applications for inspections of damaged housing to determine compensation—you need to contact the Housing and Community Services Department.

According to the head of the Cherkasy region, air defense forces destroyed nine enemy targets.

As reported by Ukrinform, six people were injured in Cherkasy due to a drone attack, and part of the city is without electricity.
