Zelensky visits 14th Mechanized Brigade command post in Kupiansk

President Volodymyr Zelensky, together with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, visited the forward command post of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great in Kupiansk.

Zelensky reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"The forward command post of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great in Kupyansk. Together with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, I met with the warriors, congratulated them on Land Forces Day, and honored them with state awards – the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, I and III classes, and the Orders "For Courage," I–III classes," Zelensky said.

He received a briefing on the situation in the brigade's defense sector and on coordinated actions with adjacent units in the interests of defense tasks.

"I thank the warriors for their service. Congratulations on Ukraine's Land Forces Day. It is an important day. I highly value your dedication to Ukraine, to our state. Without you, we would have simply lost it," the President added.

As Ukrinform reported, today the President visited Kupiansk. In his address, he emphasized the importance of achieving results on the front to enable Ukraine to achieve results diplomatically.
