Assault in fog fails: Six Russian armoured vehicles destroyed and offensive in Oleksandrohrad sector thwarted

In the Oleksandrohrad sector on the morning of November 14, Ukraine’s Defence Forces halted Russian infantry assaults, which the invaders attempted to support with nearly two dozen armoured vehicles.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrinform notes.

Despite the invaders’ attempt to use the thick fog to their advantage, Ukrainian defenders detected them.

During a complex fire strike, the Defence Forces destroyed two tanks and four armoured fighting vehicles. Another tank and two additional armoured vehicles were damaged.

In addition, three enemy assault troops were killed and five were wounded.

Enemy losses are being clarified.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the Oleksandrohrad sector, the invaders attempted to advance 15 times near Ivanivka, Zelenyi Hai, Yalta, Oleksandrohrad, Stepove, Pryvilne, Yehorivka, and Krasnohirske.
