Three dead in Kharkiv region as Russian drone attacks civilians on motorized cultivators traveling for pensions and groceries

Three civilians were killed in a Russian drone strike on the Borova community in the Kharkiv region. They were riding motorcycles to collect their pensions and buy groceries.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to investigators, on the morning of November 13, a group of people set off on three homemade motorized tractors to the village of Borova to receive pensions and humanitarian aid. Near the village of Novoplatonivka in the Izium district, one of the motor blocks was hit by a Russian FPV drone. Two women were killed on the spot. Another man died from his injuries on the way to the hospital. One person was wounded," the report said.

It is noted that under the procedural guidance of the Izium District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime that caused the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
